I opened my salon and invested in Xtensions. I can't praise them enough. Their phone support has been second to none. I was undecided between two different salon software systems and it was the phone support that did it for me. I had my computer delivered and I had problems with my computer. It was my connection to the internet not their product that was the problem but they sorted it all out for me. They are always at the other end of the phone. Obviously when you have a new computer system you are going to need support (especially if you are a computer phobe like me!), and they really are very good.
I had Xtensions Database installed in November 2005. At the start Xtensions was tailor made to our specific requirements and we have found the regular upgrades include any features or reports we have asked for.

The change over period could have been quite damaging to the salon but thanks to Xtensions support, the whole system went in very smoothly and with no detrimental effect to the salon.
